Procurement of 132 kV DISC Insulators for PESCO Peshawar

The Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of 132 kV DISC Insulators (100 kN) under tender reference P62813 for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is planned to support PESCO's operational requirements in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Items being procured: - 132 kV DISC Insulators (100 kN), Quantity: 4,676 units The insulators must conform to the latest NGC/WAPDA/PESCO specifications amended to date, ensuring compliance with international standards and quality benchmarks. The delivery location is PESCO GSC Warehouse, Jamrud Road, Hayatabad, Peshawar, with a delivery period of 120 days from the date of contract award. Bidders must provide valid type test reports from accredited laboratories and demonstrate manufacturing experience of at least 5 years for similar or higher rated materials. The bidder or manufacturer must have successfully supplied 100% of the tendered quantity in the last five years to DISCOs, NTDC, WAPDA, or GENCOs, supported by performance certificates and contracts. Financially, bidders must demonstrate an average annual turnover of at least PKR 28 million over the last three years. Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal by 10:00 AM on August 21, 2026. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM via EPADS. Bid security in the form of Call at Deposit or Bank Guarantee is mandatory and must be submitted physically at PESCO Head Quarter, Shami Road, Peshawar before the bid submission deadline. The procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.
