Tender Description
The Bureau of Statistics, Government of Punjab, Lahore, invites sealed bids for the procurement of dissemination material for the Multiple Indicator Cluster Survey (MICS) Punjab 2024. This procurement is aimed at supplying essential materials to support the survey's data dissemination efforts across Punjab.
Items being procured:
- Lot #1: Bags (cloth) for carrying report (300 units each)
- Pencils with printing (300 units each)
- Note Book (Diary) with printing (300 units each)
- Box for Pencil with printing (300 units each)
- Key Chain with printing (300 units each)
- USB 32 GB (300 units each)
- Lot #2: Air Conditioner (AC) (04 units)
The total estimated cost for these items is Rs. 2,735,500 including all taxes. The procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA), and other relevant departments. The bid security required is 2% of the total estimated cost, to be submitted separately for each lot in the form of a CDR.
Tender documents must be submitted online via the Punjab E-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk by 14-10-2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Bidders are advised to upload their bids well before the deadline to avoid last-minute issues. Samples for Lot #1 are available for inspection at the office of the Caretaker, Bureau of Statistics, Punjab.
For any queries, bidders may contact the Caretaker at 0345-8870667 or 042-99232917 (Ext. 1204). The Bureau of Statistics reserves the right to cancel the procurement as per Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 without assigning any reason.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your bid documents are complete, signed, stamped, and page-numbered as incomplete or unsigned bids will not be considered. Early submission on the E-Procurement portal is highly recommended to avoid technical issues near the deadline.
