Tender Description
The Directorate Health Services (CDC) Azad Jammu & Kashmir, Muzaffarabad, is procuring a comprehensive range of drugs, medicines, insecticides, larvicides, Long Lasting Insecticidal Nets (LLITNs), and allied materials for the financial year 2025-2026. This procurement is critical for supporting public health initiatives in the region and ensuring the availability of essential medical and vector control supplies.
The technical scope includes supply of various pharmaceutical products and allied materials as per detailed specifications provided in the bidding documents. The procurement will be managed at the District Headquarter Complex, Old Secretariat, Muzaffarabad. Bidders must submit a single sealed envelope containing both the Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal, following the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules of Azad Jammu & Kashmir.
Eligible bidders include registered, reputed firms, manufacturers, and authorized distributors with valid FBR registration and ATL status. Experience in supplying similar pharmaceutical and allied products is essential. A bid security (CDR) of Rs. 345000/- in the form of a bank draft is required, refundable and payable to the Directorate Health Services (CDC) Muzaffarabad. Bids must remain valid until 30-06-2026.
The bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the Director Health Services (CDC) Muzaffarabad upon payment of Rs. 3000/- non-refundable fee. The deadline for bid submission is 08-05-2026 by 12:00 pm at the District Headquarter Complex, Old Secretariat, Muzaffarabad. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 pm in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all documents are properly tape bound with page marking and signatures on each page, as incomplete or improperly bound bids may be rejected. Strict adherence to submission guidelines and timely delivery is crucial to avoid disqualification.
