Procurement of Drugs and Medicines for Health Welfare Committee Munnu Bhai Thalassaemia Care Center Badin

The Health Welfare Committee Munnu Bhai Thalassaemia Care Center Badin invites sealed tenders from manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, and importers with good reputation and sound financial position. The procurement is for Drugs and Medicines funded by the Government of Sindh Auqaf Religious affairs Zakat Ushr Department for the financial year 2025-2026. Items being procured: - Drugs - Medicines Tender documents can be purchased from the office of the undersigned upon submission of application with photo copies of Income Tax certificate and Sales Tax Registration certificates, along with a non-refundable tender fee of Rs.3000/- payable in cash. The call deposit for quoted items is 5%. Technical and financial bids must be submitted in separate envelopes by 14th September 2026 before 12:00 noon. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 1:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Bids must be in Pakistani Rupees and valid for 90 days. Earnest money of 5% of the tender amount in shape of D.D or Pay Order in the name of Health Welfare Committee Munnu Bhai Thalassaemia Care Center Badin is required along with tender documents. The procurement agency reserves the right to reject any bid subject to relevant provisions of SPP Rules 2010. In case of holiday, bids will be submitted and opened on the next working day.
