Procurement of Echocardiography Machine

The Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute and Research Center Lahore invites bids for the procurement of Echocardiography Machines. This tender is specifically for the supply of 2 Echocardiography Machines with a total estimated cost of PKR 47,260,000. The bidding procedure follows the Single Stage Two Envelope method under PPRA-2014 rules. Items being procured: - Echocardiography Machine (Quantity: 2) Bidders must be original manufacturers or authorized sole distributors of foreign manufacturers or authorized distributors of manufacturers in Pakistan. All bidders must be registered with income tax and sales tax departments/authorities. The bidding documents can be obtained free of cost from the official websites www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, ep.punjab.gov.pk, and www.pkli.org.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically on or before 13-October-2026 at 11:00 AM via the Punjab E-Procurement System portal. Hard copies are not required. A bid security of 2% of the estimated amount (PKR 945,200) must accompany the bid electronically. No physical financial instruments like CDR or bank guarantees will be accepted. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The bid validity period is 180 days from the date of bid opening. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 29-September-2026. In case of official holidays on the submission date, the next working day will be treated as the closing date. The procurement is governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. In case of any discrepancy, PPRA rules shall prevail. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the electronic submission guidelines and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification.
