Tender Description

The District Office Social Welfare Special Education and Women Empowerment in District Upper Dir is procuring electric wheelchairs under the ASDI Fund for the Financial Year 2025-2026. This procurement is aimed at enhancing mobility support for persons with disabilities in the region. The tender invites sealed bids from eligible firms, authorized dealers, and manufacturers who can supply electric wheelchairs as per the Standard Bidding Documents (SBDs). The technical scope includes the supply of electric wheelchairs meeting the required specifications. Bidders must submit their Technical and Financial Proposals in separate sealed envelopes clearly marked accordingly. A Bid Security of 2% of the total quoted amount in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of the District Officer Social Welfare Dir Upper is mandatory inside the Financial Proposal envelope. Affidavits declaring non-blacklisting by any government department and all relevant registration certificates must accompany the Technical Proposal. Eligibility criteria include compliance with applicable government laws, FBR/ATL registration, and submission of all bid documents signed and stamped by authorized representatives. Consortiums, joint ventures, and association bids are not eligible. Bidding documents can be obtained from the office during working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 3000. Bids must be submitted through the KPPRA ePAD online system before the deadline. The bid submission deadline and opening date is **01-06-2026 at 11:30 AM** at the District Office Social Welfare Dir Upper. Financial bids will be opened only after approval of technical bids. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
