Bidders must be registered on the EPADS v2.0 platform and comply with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bid security in the form of Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft is mandatory as per the bidding documents. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 20 October 2026 at the office of Chief Engineer (Development), IESCO, adjacent to the 132KV Rawal Grid Station, Club Road, Islamabad. Bidders unable to attend physically may join via Zoom. The bid submission deadline is 26 October 2026 at 11:00 AM through the EPADS v2.0 portal, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day.
