Procurement of Electrical Supply Materials for Training Area Gwadar

The Pakistan Navy invites bids for the procurement of electrical supply materials for the Training Area in Gwadar. This procurement includes a comprehensive list of electrical items and related works essential for the extension and internal electrical supply systems. Items being procured: - S/F Cable electric LT PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, Unarmoured, overall PVC, 600/1000V with stranded aluminium conductor 25mm² 4 core, laid in trenches, complete with bricks, sand (excl cost of excavation) (672 Mtr) - S/F PVC Heat Shrink (HS) Termination kit LT indoor/outdoor consisting of heat shrink boot, lugs, clips and earth wire etc suitable for LT Cable armoured 25 to 35 mm² (2 Each) - S/F Feeder Pillar Cabin, size 600 x 450 x 900 mm, made of steel sheet (14 BG) and angle iron frame size 38 x 38mm, with water resistance, hinged cover having locking arrangement, duly painted of approved quality, consisting of hard drawn insulated copper bus-bars 4 nos capacity 300-300 A, mounted on good quality porcelain base/cleats with brass nut/bolts off sizes, drilled holes of appropriate size for inlets and outlets cables, earthing jointing system, Foundation of CC Type B and suitable arrangement for breakers incoming and outgoing (2 Each) - S/F Earth, complete as described in Para 24.18.5 of the Specifications, with 2 SWG copper conductor (2 Each) - MCCB, 3 Pole 500/600 V, 50/60 cycles, complete with thermal and magnetic trips, 3 to 30 A, (breaking capacity 2.5 KA), supply and fixing (8 Each) - S/F Cable Marker (24 Each) - Excavation in Hard soil for Cables as per excavation 1150*1*0.5 (335 Cum) Additional items for external and internal electrical supply include twin core cables, distribution boards, LED flood security lights, lamp holders, wiring in conduit surface, switches, bulbs, and energy-efficient fans with remote control. The scope covers supply, installation, and fixing of all items as per specifications. The site is the Training Area in Gwadar, Balochistan. Bidders must be registered with FBR and possess relevant PEC categories for electrical works. Earnest Money and bid security as per PPRA rules are required. The submission deadline is **13th November 2026**. Bids should be submitted in sealed envelopes at the designated Pakistan Navy procurement office in Gwadar.
