Procurement of Electrification Material for University of Narowal New and Old Campus

The University of Narowal invites electronic bids from registered firms, companies, and general order suppliers engaged in trading and registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. The procurement is for electrification material to be supplied for both the New and Old Campus of the University of Narowal located in Narowal city. Items being procured: - Electrification Material for New Campus - Electrification Material for Old Campus The bidding process follows a single stage two envelope procedure. Bidders must submit signed and stamped technical and financial bids online through the E-Procurement System on or before 22-10-2026 at 12:30 PM. Manual bids will not be accepted. A 2% Bid Security is required to be submitted on the E-Procurement System. Bidders must also submit an original affidavit on Rs. 100/- E-Stamp certifying that the company has never been blacklisted by Punjab Public Procurement Regulatory Authority or any procuring agency. Bids will be opened on the same day at 1:00 PM in the presence of the committee and authorized representatives of bidders. Bidding documents can be obtained immediately from the date of publication on the University of Narowal website and PPRA/E-Procurement System. The University will not be responsible for delays in submission or delivery of affidavits. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped bids, or bids without bid security will be rejected.
