Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Energy-Efficient BLDC Ceiling Fans with Buy-Back/Adjustment on Annual Framework Contract

The University of the Punjab Lahore invites bids from interested manufacturers, authorized sole distributors, and contractors registered with GST, PST & NTN for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of energy-efficient BLDC ceiling fans (max. 30 W) on an annual framework contract basis. The procurement is divided into two lots: - Lot-1: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Energy-Efficient BLDC Ceiling Fans (max. 30 W) with buy-back / adjustment of existing fans on annual framework contract basis - Lot-2: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Energy-Efficient BLDC Ceiling Fans (max. 30 W) on annual framework contract basis The estimated cost for Lot-1 is Rs. 33.25 Million with a 2% bid security of Rs. 665,000, and for Lot-2 is Rs. 6 Million with a 2% bid security of Rs. 120,000. Bids will only be entertained through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk). No physical or financial instruments such as CDR or bank guarantees will be accepted. Bidders must be registered suppliers with GST, PST, and NTN.
