Procurement of Electro-Medical Equipment for Cardiology, Ophthalmology, Dental, and Physiotherapy Departments

The Federal Government Polyclinic Islamabad (FGPC-PGMI) invites eligible bidders to participate in the procurement of electro-medical equipment for the financial years 2025-26 and 2026-27 under the PSDP project titled 'Strengthening and Up-Gradation of Cardiology and other Departments'. This procurement covers equipment for the Cardiology, Ophthalmology, Dental, and Physiotherapy Departments. Items being procured: - Electro-Medical Equipment for Cardiology Department - Electro-Medical Equipment for Ophthalmology Departments - Electro-Medical Equipment for Dental Department - Electro-Medical Equipment for Physiotherapy Department The procurement will be conducted through e-bidding on EPADS v2.0 using a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique, in accordance with Public Procurement Rules and regulatory guidelines. Bidders must provide bid security in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR). Detailed bidding documents, terms, conditions, and specifications are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Bidders are required to register on EPADS v2.0 and upload necessary documents including undertakings on judicial paper and bid security instruments. Manual submissions will not be entertained. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 14-10-2026 at 9:30 AM in the FGPC auditorium, Islamabad, to address bidder queries. Only clarifications submitted via EPADS will be considered. Interested bidders should note the bid opening date as 27-10-2026 at 10:00 AM. The Executive Director reserves the right to accept or reject any tender as per PPRA rules.
