Sealed tenders are invited from reputed manufacturers and stockists on FOR, Islamabad basis registered with Sales Tax Department having their own offices with telephone and fax facilities. The procurement is being conducted by Head Procurement office located in Islamabad. Items being procured: - High Activity Radionuclide Dose Calibrator - Tygon Tubing - Local Area Network Components The technical scope includes supply of specialized medical and laboratory equipment along with networking components. Tenderers must ensure compliance with specifications and provide earnest money amounting to 2% of the total order value inclusive of GST in favor of Director Finance, P.O Box 1482, Islamabad. Tender documents can be obtained by written request on firm letterhead along with bank draft or pay order of Rs. 2000 for each tender in the name of Director Finance. Cash payments are not accepted. Tender submissions must follow the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Tenderers should note that documents will not be issued to firms who have failed to supply stores against previous orders. Late tenders will not be entertained and validity of tenders must be at least 60 days from the opening date. Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores.
