Tender Description
The Emergency Services Department Punjab invites E-Bids from manufacturers and authorized distributors registered with the Tax Departments in Pakistan for the procurement of essential emergency and rescue items in Lahore. This procurement aims to equip the department with vital supplies to enhance emergency response capabilities across the province.

- Emergency Backpack (3,000 units)
- Dead Body Sheets (10,000 units)
- Wooden Splints Small 3"x18" (30,000 units)
- Wooden Splints Medium 3"x36" (15,000 units)
- Rescue Working Gloves Size 10" (2,000 units)
- Caution Tape Roll (1,000 units)
- Tissue Boxes (4,000 units)
- Handheld Emergency Lights (3,000 units)
- Water Bottle for Fire & Rescue Staff (3,000 units)
- Duster Cloth for Vehicles Cleaning (31,000 units)
- Detergent Powder 1 Kg pack (5,200 units)
- Hand Wash Soap (6,500 units)
- Floor Cleaner Liquid (1,500 units)
- Standing Broom and Dustpan (1,000 units)

The scope covers supply of these items meeting quality standards suitable for emergency and rescue operations. Bidders must be registered with FBR and have relevant experience. Bid Security equivalent to 2% of the estimated procurement value must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. No physical financial instruments will be accepted.
Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System portal by 03-10-2026 up to 10:00 am. The technical bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 10:30 am. Interested bidders can download bidding documents from the Punjab e-Procurement system or the PPRA website without payment of tender fee.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your bid security is submitted strictly through the e-Procurement portal as physical instruments like CDR or Pay Order will be rejected, which can lead to disqualification. Also, carefully follow the single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 to avoid technical rejection.
