Procurement of Equipment Required for Capacity Building at Heavy Industries Taxila

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. Procurement will be conducted under PPRA and MoDP rules for equipment required for capacity building as per Annex A. Bidders must submit photocopies of registration/pre-qualification/indexation letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP/Govt/Semi Govt organizations if any, attested copies of registration certificates from Sales Tax Department and NTN certificates, audit reports for the last 3 financial years, attested bank statements for the last year, attested CNIC copies of CEO/Director, trade link evidence with OEM if distributor/agent, judicial paper certificate worth Rs 100 duly attested confirming no blacklisting or debarment, documentary evidence of contracts executed in last 3 financial years or works experience with Govt/Semi Govt organizations, and a postal order of Rs 2000 in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila.
