Procurement of Spares for TK T-59MII (FOR Basis) at Heavy Industries Taxila

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN), Sales Tax Registration (where applicable), and fulfilling the eligibility criteria prescribed in the Standard Bidding Document (SBD). Procurement will be carried out in accordance with PPRA and MoDP rules. Bidders must submit photocopies of registration, pre-qualification, or indexation letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP/Govt/Semi Govt organizations if any, attested registration certificates from Sales Tax Department, NTN certificates, audit reports for the last three financial years, attested bank statements for the last year, attested CNIC copies of CEO/Director, trade link certificates between firm and OEM (for distributors/agents), judicial certificates worth Rs 100 attested by Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is not blacklisted or suspended, documentary evidence of contracts executed in the last three financial years with government or semi-government organizations, and a postal order of Rs 2000 in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila. The tender submission deadline is 28 October 2026 at 10:30 hours, with opening on 28 October 2026 at 11:00 hours.
