Tender Description
Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT) invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms for the procurement of equipment required for capacity building. This procurement is specifically for HIT Taxila located in Taxila Cantt, Punjab. The tender follows the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) and Ministry of Defence Production (MoDP) rules and is conducted under a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure.
Items being procured:
- Single side wall Display, 8 Nos
- Bins Rack with 44 bins, variable quantity
- DC Power Supply 7520/36T (0 to 48V and 40A), 1 Nos
- CCTV Cameras with night vision, 2 Nos
- Digital level (Status pro/Mitutoyo) 20x20mm, 1 Nos
- Granite slabs Axis-Impact-Master 1000x1000x60mm, 1 Nos
- Granite slabs Axis-Impact-Master 1000x150x60mm, 1 Nos
The technical scope includes supply of brand new equipment conforming to the latest specifications and standards, with OEM certificates and quality assurance. Delivery is expected within 2 months after signing the contract, with destination at GF, HIT Taxila. Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes, including a postal order of Rs 2000/- with the technical bid. Bid security in the form of CDR, Bank Draft, or Pay Order is mandatory. Evaluation will be based on technical and financial criteria as per the detailed scoring system provided.
Eligibility requires valid NTN, Sales Tax registration, and compliance with DPP&I-35 and MoDP rules. Firms from India and Israel are ineligible. Bidders must not be blacklisted or debarred. The bid validity period is 120 days, extendable to 180 days. The contract includes warranty, performance bank guarantee, and compliance with Official Secret Act 1923.
The bid submission deadline is 28 September 2026 at 10:30 hours, with bid opening at 11:00 hours the same day at the Supply Chain Management Directorate, HIT Taxila. Bids must be dropped in the tender box at Gate No 5, Heavy Industries Taxila, Taxila Cantt. Late submissions will not be entertained.
