Procurement of Equipment Required for Capacity Building

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. The procurement is for equipment required for capacity building as per Annex A. The delivery period is 2 months after signing the contract. Tender documents are available on the PPRA website. Items being procured: - Equipment required for capacity building as per Annex A Bidders must submit photocopies of registration, pre-qualification, and indexation letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP/Govt or Semi Govt organizations if any. Attested copies of registration certificates issued by Sales Tax Department and NTN certificates are mandatory. Audit reports for the last 3 financial years, attested bank statements for the last year, and attested CNIC copies of CEO/Director must be provided. Trade link documents between firm and OEM (in case of distributor/agent) and a judicial certificate worth Rs 100 attested by Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is not blacklisted, suspended, or debarred by any government organization are required. Documentary evidence of contracts executed in the last 3 financial years with government or semi-government organizations must be attached. A postal order of Rs 2000 should be enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila. The tender submission deadline is 28 September 2026 at 10:30 hours, with opening at 11:00 hours the same day.
