Procurement of Essential Office Furniture for CRBC (LCG) Project D.I.Khan

The Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) invites electronic bids for the procurement of essential office furniture on an emergent basis for newly posted officers and staff of the CRBC (LCG) Project located in Dera Ismail Khan. This procurement is managed through the Chief Engineer/Project Director of the Chashma Right Bank Canal (Lift cum Gravity) Project, WAPDA. Items being procured: - Essential office furniture for newly posted officers/staff of CRBC (LCG) Project The procurement is to be completed within a contract period of 15 days. Bidders must submit their electronic bids using the EPADS v2.0 platform at www.epads.gov.pk before the deadline of 09 October 2026, 10:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM through EPADS v2.0 using a single stage one envelope open competitive bidding procedure. Each bidder is required to furnish a bid security of Rs. 20,000 in the form of a CDR in favor of the Chief Engineer/Project Director, CRBC (LCG) Project, WAPDA, D.I.Khan. The original bid security must reach the office of the Chief Engineer/Project Director before the bid closing time. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and be on the Active Tax Payer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). The procurement is urgent and bidders are advised to prepare their bids accordingly. For submission, bidders should use the EPADS online portal only.
