All items are to be delivered within 30 calendar days after contract signing. The technical specifications require durable construction, approved finishes, and ergonomic design suitable for banking operations. Eligible bidders must provide valid manufacturer authorization, proof of three similar contracts in the last three years each worth at least Rs. 1 million, and be on the Active Taxpayer List. Bid security of Rs. 25,000 is required in the form of a pay order, banker's cheque, or bank guarantee.
