Tender Description
Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. The procurement is for expendable items related to Tk - Clamping Piece including 10 specific items as per Annexure 'A'. Items being procured:
- Expendable Items of Tk - Clamping Piece with 10 items (detailed list in annexure)
The procurement will be conducted under PPRA and MoDP rules. The delivery period is 2 months after signing the contract. Bidders must submit a comprehensive set of documents including photocopies of registration or pre-qualification letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP/Govt/Semi Govt organizations, attested copies of sales tax registration and NTN certificates, audit reports for the last 3 financial years, attested bank statements for the last year, CNIC copies of CEO/Director, trade link documents with OEM if applicable, and a judicial certificate confirming the firm is not blacklisted or suspended. Documentary evidence of contracts executed in the last 3 financial years with government or semi-government organizations is also required.
A postal order of Rs 2000/- must be enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila. The tender submission deadline is 31 August 2026 at 10:30 hours, with opening at 11:00 hours the same day.
