Procurement of Expendables for Heavy Industries Taxila

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. The procurement is for expendables as detailed in the attached annexure A. Items being procured: - Procurement of Expendables (specific items listed in annexure A, not provided in the notice). This procurement is managed by the Supply Chain Management Directorate at Heavy Industries Taxila, located in Taxila, Punjab. The scope includes supply of expendable materials required for ongoing operations and maintenance at the facility. Bidders must ensure compliance with all technical specifications and delivery timelines as per contract terms, with delivery scheduled within three months after signing the contract. Eligibility criteria include valid registration or pre-qualification with HIT/DGP/MoDP/Govt or Semi-Govt organizations, attested copies of Sales Tax and NTN certificates, audit reports for the last three financial years, attested bank statements for the last year, and attested CNIC of CEO or Director. Additionally, a trade link certificate with OEM is required for distributors or agents. A judicial certificate worth Rs 100 attested by an Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is not blacklisted or debarred is mandatory. Documentary evidence of contracts executed in the last three financial years with government or semi-government organizations is also required. A postal order of Rs 2000 must be enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of the Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila.
