Procurement of Expendables Stores as per Annexure A by Heavy Industries Taxila

Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT) invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN), Sales Tax Registration (where applicable), and fulfilling the eligibility criteria prescribed in the Standard Bidding Document (SBD). Procurement will be conducted in accordance with PPRA and MoDP rules. Items being procured: - Expendables Stores as detailed in Annexure 'A' The procurement involves supply of expendable stores with delivery scheduled for 6 months after signing the contract. Bidders must submit a comprehensive set of documents including photocopies of registration or pre-qualification letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP/Govt or Semi-Govt organizations, attested registration certificates from Sales Tax Department, NTN certificates, audit reports for the last three financial years, bank statements for the last year, attested CNIC copies of CEO or Director, trade links between firm and OEM (for distributors/agents), judicial certificates worth Rs 100 attested by Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is not blacklisted or debarred, and documentary evidence of contracts executed in the last three years with government or semi-government organizations. A postal order of Rs 2000 must be enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila. Bids must be submitted by 29 October 2026 at 1030 hours, with opening scheduled for 29 October 2026 at 1100 hours in Taxila.
