Procurement of Filing Cabinets for Storage of Office Files and Records

Jinnah Medical Construction Company (JMC) invites electronic bids from eligible, FBR-registered, and manufacturer-authorized bidders/dealers/resellers for the supply of filing cabinets for storage of office files and records in Islamabad Capital Territory. Items being procured: - Large / Full-Height Filing Cabinets (Qty: 06) - Small / Compact Filing Cabinets (Qty: 06) The scope includes supply of high-quality filing cabinets suitable for office use to securely store files and records. Bidders must ensure compliance with technical specifications and provide a signed Site Survey & Calculation Report, duly signed by the JMC Admin Office, with their proposal. This pre-bid site visit and report are mandatory to verify space availability and scope requirements. Failure to provide the signed report will result in immediate disqualification.
