Tender Description
Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University (SBBU) located in Shaheed Benazirabad, Sindh, Pakistan, invites bids for the procurement of fixtures and IT equipment specifically for Academic Block-III at its SBA campus. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the educational infrastructure and IT capabilities of the university.
Items being procured:
- Fixtures for Academic Block-III
- IT Equipment for Academic Block-III
The scope includes supply of quality fixtures and IT equipment as detailed in the Bill of Quantities (BoQ) provided in the bidding documents. Bidders are expected to comply with the technical specifications and terms outlined in the tender documents. The procurement process follows the Sindh Public Procurement Rules, 2010 (Amended 2019).
Eligible bidders include original manufacturers, authorized agents, importers, distributors within Pakistan and abroad. Bidders must not have any conflict of interest or be under any declaration of ineligibility for corrupt or fraudulent practices. The bidding documents include instructions to bidders, general and special conditions of contract, bid data sheet, bidder qualification criteria, bill of quantities, and annexures.
Bidders must submit their bids in a single stage two envelope procedure, with separate technical and financial proposals. Bid security and other eligibility criteria must be met as per the bid data sheet. The bids shall remain valid for 90 days from the date of opening.
