Procurement of Floor Gym Tiles for Gym University of Rasul

The University of Rasul Mandi Bahauddin invites sealed bids from well-reputed, financially sound, authorized firms, suppliers, dealers, distributors, and manufacturers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for the procurement of Floor Gym Tiles for the university gym. The procurement will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, using a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under Tender # UOR/PD/2026-27/05. Items being procured: - Floor Gym Tiles for Gym Interested eligible bidders registered on the E-Procurement Punjab Portal (EP) can download detailed bid documents in English, which include item specifications, quantities, and terms and conditions from ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bid documents are also available on the Punjab PPRA website http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk and the University of Rasul website www.putrasul.edu.pk. Technical and Financial Bids must be duly completed, signed, stamped, and submitted in conformity with the bidding documents. Bids must be accompanied by a scanned copy of the Bid Security Instrument and affidavit. Submission is only accepted via the E-Procurement Punjab Portal. The original documents marked with the bidding document number and title must be submitted to the office of Director Purchase and Store, University of Rasul, on or before the bid submission deadline, failing which bids will be rejected. Bid Security should be submitted as per PPRA format. Bidders are advised to upload bids well before the deadline and not wait for the last date and time. The University of Rasul is not responsible for any issues related to the E-Procurement Portal. Technical bids will be opened on 18-09-2026 at 11:30 AM in the Conference Room, University of Rasul, in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. If the last submission date falls on a closed official day or holiday, the next working day will be considered.
