Procurement of FM-200 Fire Suppression System

Heavy Industries Taxila, Supply Chain Management Directorate, Taxila Cantt invites sealed bids for the procurement of FM-200 Fire Suppression System on FOR basis. This tender is specifically for the supply of a single FM-200 Fire Suppression System unit with technical specifications as per Appendix I and Annexure G. Items being procured: - FM-200 Fire Suppression System (HFC-227ea clean agent system, cylinder based 80L, 25bar pressure, automatic and manual actuation, discharge time less than 10 seconds, piping, nozzles, control panel) (Qty: 01 Nos) The system must include shock/tilt protection, installation by qualified technical support staff, and commissioning including physical installation inspection, electric control system testing, and detection system verification. The installation site must be enclosed and air tight. The delivery period is within 4 weeks after signing of contract. The system includes a 10-year life cycle support and spare parts availability. Eligibility criteria require firms to possess NTN certificates, valid registration with HIT, and compliance with DPP&I-35 regulations. Firms must submit a postal order of Rs 2000/- with the technical bid and provide a bid security in the form of CDR, Bank Draft, or Pay Order as per instructions. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes. The bid validity period is 180 days extendable by 90 days. Evaluation will be based on quality and cost criteria as detailed in Annexure B.
