Procurement of Fresh OPC Cement 50kg Bags for SNGPL Rawalpindi

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified suppliers for the procurement of Fresh Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) 50kg bags to be delivered at SNGPL Camp Store, Near Rangers Cadet College, Opposite Saroba Grid Station, Sihal Village, Chakri Road, Rawalpindi. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 under tender number FCS/SOA/TE/067/26 with contract reference P119470. Items being procured: - Fresh OPC Cement 50kg bags, Grade 53, Initial Setting Time minimum 30 minutes, Fineness (Blaine) minimum 225 m²/kg - Quantity: 1350 bags The cement must be brand new, fresh batch, and conform to the technical specifications provided. Delivery is required within 15 days after placement of the purchase order. Sub-standard or defective material must be replaced on a no-charge basis even after acceptance.
