Procurement of Furniture and Fixture for Islamabad Police Financial Year 2026-27

Feet The technical scope includes supply of furniture items made from quality materials such as wooden sheesham frames, steel gauge 14 and 16 for racks and almirahs, laminated dining tables, and hydraulic revolving chairs. The items must conform to the detailed specifications provided, including dimensions and materials. The delivery is to be made in a single installment within 30 days from the date of issue of the Purchase Order without penalty. The contract includes a warranty period of at least twelve months from the date of delivery. Eligibility criteria require firms to have valid NTN, GST registration, be on the Active Taxpayers List, and not be blacklisted by any government or public sector organization. Firms must also provide a fresh solvency certificate from a scheduled bank. The bid security must be submitted as a pay order, bank draft, or call deposit in favor of AIG Logistics, Islamabad. The submission deadline is online through PPRA E-PADs, with no manual bids accepted. Original bid security must be submitted physically before the closing date. The financial bids of technically qualified firms will be opened in the presence of bidders. The performance guarantee of 5% of the contract amount is mandatory and will be forfeited in case of non-delivery. Bidders should also be aware of the penalty clause of 0.5% per week for late delivery beyond the stipulated period, up to a maximum of 20% of the contract value.
