Procurement of Furniture, Fixtures, Printer, Photocopier and Multimedia Projectors for University of Rasul

University of Rasul invites reputable firms registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Department for Income Tax and Sales Tax (GST) with an active taxpayer profile to participate in the procurement of essential items for the university located in Mandi Bahauddin. The procurement is conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Items being procured: - Furniture & Fixture (Tender No: UOR/PD/2026-27/F&F/07) with an estimated cost of Rs. 89,617,641 - Printer, Photocopier and Multimedia Projectors (Tender No: UOR/PD/2026-27/M&E/08) with an estimated cost of Rs. 27,960,000 The scope includes supply of high-quality furniture and fixtures suitable for university use, as well as advanced printing and multimedia equipment to support academic and administrative functions. Bidders must ensure compliance with technical specifications detailed in the tender documents. Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with relevant authorities, maintain an active taxpayer profile, and demonstrate adequate experience in supplying similar items. A 2% bid security is required as per tender documents, to be submitted through the EP portal (E-Procurement Punjab) along with a scanned copy attached to the Technical Bid. Technical and Financial bids must be submitted via the E-Procurement portal (http://www.ep.punjab.gov.pk) no later than 20-10-2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives holding valid authority letters. The University of Rasul emphasizes timely submission and cautions bidders that delays or incomplete bid security submissions will not be entertained. In case of official holidays on the submission date, the next working day will be considered the closing date. The University reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
