Office Furniture, Air Conditioner Supply & Installation, Electric Transformer Repair, Tyres Procurement and Maintenance in Khyber Medical College Vehicles

Khyber Medical College (KMC), Peshawar invites eligible bidders registered with FBR for Income Tax, Sales Tax and reflected on Active Tax Payer (ATL) list of FBR, as well as registered with EPADS, to submit e-bids via EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) for the following tenders. Items being procured: - Office Furniture - Supply and Installation of new Air Conditioner - Repair / replacement parts of Electric Transformers on turnkey basis - Procurement of Tyres, repair & maintenance work in KMC vehicle on turnkey basis The procurement covers supply and installation of quality office furniture and new air conditioners, repair and replacement of electric transformer parts on a turnkey basis, and procurement plus maintenance of tyres for KMC vehicles. Bidders must ensure compliance with technical specifications and provide earnest money as bid security. The original CDR must be submitted to the office of the Dean/Assistant Manager Procurement, Khyber Medical College Peshawar by 20-10-2026 at 11:00 AM (PST). Electronic bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM (PST). Eligibility requires registration with FBR and EPADS, inclusion on the ATL list, and compliance with KP-PPRA rules. Registration with KPRA is mandatory where applicable. Bids submitted by hand, post, courier, email, or fax will not be accepted. Interested bidders should register on EPADS to obtain a unique user name and password. The bid security of Rs. 50,000/- is fixed for each tender.
