Procurement of Gear Oil, Lubrication HHS-5000 Fluid & Harmonic Grease by Pakistan Security Printing Corporation Karachi

The Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Procurement) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of specialized industrial lubricants and grease required for its operations in Karachi. Items being procured: - Gear Oil ALPHASYN HTX68, 100 Liters - Lubrication HHS-5000 Fluid Spray, 24 units of 500ML each - Harmonic Grease SK-1A, 8 Kilograms The technical specifications require the gear oil to be Castrol Alphasyn HTX 68 or equivalent, packed in 20-liter cans. The lubrication fluid must be Wurth HHS 5000 or equivalent, packed in 500ML spray cans. The harmonic grease should be Harmonic Drive LLC or equivalent, packed in 2KG containers. Delivery is expected within 25 days from the date of contract award. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and possess valid NTN. Joint ventures or consortiums are not allowed. Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS v2.0 portal, with the original bid security submitted physically to the Pakistan Security Printing Corporation office in Karachi before the deadline. The bid security can be in the form of a Pay Order or Bank Guarantee. The bidding process will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.
