Procurement of General and Oncology Medicines for Financial Year 2026-27

Sindh Employees' Social Security Institution (SESSI) invites online bids through the e-Procurement System (e-PAD) from reputable and eligible Pharmaceutical Manufacturers, Authorized Distributors, and Suppliers registered with relevant authorities and appearing on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). The procurement is for the supply of General and Oncology Medicines for SESSI Hospitals and Medical Circles situated across Sindh for the Financial Year 2026-27. Items being procured: - General Medicines - Oncology Medicines The procurement covers medicines required for various SESSI healthcare facilities across Sindh. Bidders must be registered on the ePAD portal and submit both Technical and Financial bids electronically. Tender documents detailing scope, terms, and eligibility criteria are available online at https://eprocure.gov.pk/. Tender Fee is PKR 5,000 non-refundable via pay order or demand draft. Bid Security is required as a fixed amount per item in the form of pay order, demand draft, or bank guarantee. Bids must be submitted through ePAD on or before 05-11-2026 till 1430 Hrs (PST), with opening at 1500 Hrs the same day. Hard copies of proposals may also be submitted to the Director Procurement at SESSI Head Office Karachi.
