Procurement of Gift Items by Balochistan Provincial Assembly Secretariat

The Balochistan Provincial Assembly Secretariat invites electronic bids for the procurement of gift items under the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (BPPRA) Rules, 2014. Financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened on the same day at 12:30 pm. A bidding document fee of Rs. 1000/- must be submitted through a Green Deposit Challan in the National Bank of Pakistan (Head of Account CO-3870). Additionally, bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of PKR 200,000/- in the form of a Call Deposit issued from a scheduled bank in favor of the Secretary Balochistan Provincial Assembly Secretariat. Bidders should quote rates inclusive of all applicable taxes and duties for each item listed in the bidding document or data sheet. The Balochistan Provincial Assembly Secretariat reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per the provisions of BPPRA Rules, 2014.
