Procurement of Non-Consultancy Services for Development, Excavation and Transportation of Rock Salt at PMDC Salt Mines Khewra

The Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) invites eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 to submit bids for the procurement of Non-Consultancy Services related to the Development, Excavation, and Transportation/Carriage of Rock Salt for Tunnel No. 26 at PMDC Salt Mines, Khewra. This procurement is planned for the Financial Year 2026-27 with funds reserved accordingly. Items being procured: - Development of Tunnel No. 26 - Excavation works - Transportation/Carriage of Rock Salt The procurement will follow the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure under Open Competitive Bidding adopting the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and related regulations. Bidders must provide a Bid Security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft as described in the bidding documents. E-Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/13112. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by Monday, October 12, 2026, at 11:00 AM. The bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained.
