Procurement of Goods/Ration at Mini Zoo Bhakkar District Bhakkar

The Punjab Wildlife & Parks Department invites sealed bids through the e-PADS portal under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (PPRA Rules) for a framework contract of zoos. This tender is specifically for the procurement of goods and ration at the Mini Zoo Bhakkar, located in District Bhakkar. The procurement is managed by the Office of Deputy Chief Wildlife Ranger, Sargodha Region, Sargodha. Items being procured: - Supply of Ration/Goods with an estimated bid value of Rs. 22.62 Million Bidders must be firms, companies, sole proprietors, or general order suppliers duly registered with PPRA and relevant tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax, and PRA. The bidding process follows a single stage two envelope procedure as per PPRA rules. Technical scope includes supply of ration and goods necessary for the operation of the Mini Zoo Bhakkar. Bidders must provide a bid security of 5% of the estimated price in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order. The bid validity period is 120 days after the opening of bids. Electronic bids must be submitted/uploaded through e-PADS before 05-10-2026 at 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 12:30 PM. Bidders wishing to attend the bid opening may do so at the office of Deputy Chief Wildlife Ranger, Sargodha Region, Sargodha.
