Procurement of Goods and Services for District Council Layyah Through Frame Work Contract

The procurement is open to all contractors, firms, and manufacturers registered with PPRA and the E-Procurement System. Bidders must ensure compliance with the bidding document terms and conditions, which are available free of cost on the Punjab E-Procurement website. Bids must be submitted electronically on or before 10:30 A.M PST on 05.10.2026. The bid opening session will be held at 11:00 A.M PST on the same day in the office of District Council Layyah, where bidders' representatives may attend. The lowest bidder must deposit the difference if the bid is more than 5% below the DNIT, as quality assurance security in the form of CDR within 15 days of bid opening.
