Services for Configuration, Programming, Installation of Remote Terminal Units and Supply of 2 RTUs for Duber Khwar Power Station Pattan

Pakistan Water & Power Development Authority (WAPDA) invites electronic bids from Original Equipment Manufacturers, Authorized Distributors, Suppliers and Contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Bidders must also be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate Electrical Procurement & Works category. The procurement is for services involving configuration, programming, installation of Remote Terminal Units (RTUs) for transmitting telecommunication signals under the SCADA III Project at Duber Khwar Power Station, Pattan, Kohistan (Lower). Items being procured: - Configuration, Programming, Installation of Remote Terminal Units (RTUs) - Supply of 2 No RTUs for Duber Khwar Power Station Pattan The contract completion period is 60 days from the date of issuance of Purchase/Work Order. Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the EPADS portal (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS by 1000 Hrs on the closing date. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 Hrs in the office of the Resident Engineer (O&M), Duber Khwar Power Station, Pattan, in the presence of bidders' representatives. Bid security in the form of CDR amounting to Rs. 80,000/- must be furnished in favor of Resident Engineer (O&M), Duber Khwar Power Station WAPDA, Pattan and submitted before the bid closing time.
