Lahore High Court Lahore invites e-bids under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024 for the procurement and installation of CCTV cameras and related equipment in Lahore. This tender is specifically for well-reputed and financially sound firms with prior experience and registration with relevant tax and registration authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, Professional Tax, and Punjab Revenue Authority-PRA. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and PRA, possess relevant PEC categories if applicable, and provide a bid security of 5% of the estimated cost as a Pay Order or CDR. The bid security must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System by generating a Payment Slip ID (PSID). The successful bidder will also be required to furnish a performance guarantee equivalent to 10% of the purchase order value.
