Procurement of 7x GST Towers for Headquarters Special Communications Organization Rawalpindi

The Headquarters Special Communications Organization Rawalpindi invites quotations from vendors and contractors for the procurement of 7 GST Towers. The tender documents will be available from 11 September 2026. Interested bidders must deposit a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3000 in cash. Items being procured: - 7 GST Towers Quotations must be submitted to the office at 62 Composite Signal Battalion, Misrial Complex, Rawalpindi on 26 September 2026 between 0900 hrs and 1100 hrs. The bids will be opened the same day at 1200 hrs in the presence of representatives of contractors and vendors. Selected contractors will be required to deposit 2% CDR of the total amount, which can be claimed back from CMA FWO Rawalpindi. Quotations from blacklisted contractors will not be accepted. Taxes will be deducted as per rules. Contractors must be registered with FBR and cleared security-wise. They should also provide sales tax, registration, and professional tax certificates along with their application. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any application. No tender documents will be sold on the date of tender opening. Bidders are advised to ensure all required documents and earnest money are prepared in advance to avoid last-minute issues. Timely submission and compliance with all conditions will enhance chances of successful bidding.
