Procurement of Gym Equipment by Sports Department, University of Engineering and Technology Lahore

The Sports Department of the University of Engineering and Technology (UET), Lahore invites eligible bidders including manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, and dealers of well-reputed firms or companies registered with relevant authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax) for the procurement of gym equipment. Items being procured: - Gym Equipment Bidding documents are available immediately after publication and must be submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System website (http://ep.punjab.gov.pk) on or before 28-09-2026 by 10:00 a.m. Technical and financial proposals will be opened on the same day at 10:30 a.m. Manual bids will not be accepted. A bid security of Rs. 99,990/- (3% of the estimated amount) must accompany each proposal electronically in accordance with Punjab E-Procurement System regulations. The University reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per Rule 35 of Punjab Procurement Rules-2014. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 18-09-2026 at 10:30 a.m. at the office of the Director Physical Education, UET Lahore. Bidders must register on the Punjab E-Procurement System to be eligible. The PPRA website (http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and Punjab E-Procurement System website provide detailed tender documents free of cost. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the online submission process and ensure timely registration and bid submission to avoid disqualification. The use of the official e-procurement portal is mandatory for this tender.
