Procurement of Gym Equipments for Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center

The Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center (PKLI&RC) Lahore invites eligible vendors and firms registered with income tax and sales tax departments to participate in the procurement of gym equipments. The bidding will follow the single stage two envelope procedure as per PPRA-2014 rules. Items being procured: - Procurement of Gym Equipments for PKLI&RC (PRO-218-2026) Bidders can obtain bidding documents free of cost from the PKLI website and detailed specifications are available online. The tender notice is also accessible on the Punjab Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) and Punjab e-Procurement websites. Bidding documents are available immediately after publication. E-bids must be submitted online on or before the 28th of September 2026 at 10:00 AM via the Punjab e-Procurement System portal. Hard copies are not required. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the estimated cost submitted electronically; physical financial instruments will not be accepted. Bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives. Interested bidders may contact the Supply Chain department at PKLI&RC during office hours 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM Monday to Friday for further information. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 18th September 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Supply Chain Conference Hall. Bid validity is 180 days from the date of bid opening. In case of official holidays on submission day, the next working day will be treated as closing date. PKLI&RC will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by bidders for preparation or submission of bids. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and ensure timely submission through the online portal to avoid disqualification due to technical errors or internet failure.
