Procurement of Gymnasium Equipment at PEF Head Office Building FY 2026-2027

Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) invites sealed bids on a lump sum basis from eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors, or general order suppliers registered with relevant authorities and tax departments for the procurement of gymnasium equipment at the PEF Head Office Building for the financial year 2026-2027 in Lahore. Items being procured: - Gymnasium Equipment The procurement follows the Single Stage - Two Envelope Bidding Procedure under PPR-14 Rule 38 (2)(a). Detailed specifications, eligibility criteria, bid scope, and terms & conditions are provided in the bidding document available on the Punjab e Procurement System (eP), PPRA, and PEF websites. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax authorities. Bid security amounting to Rs. 203,970 (2% of estimated price) must be submitted as prescribed on the Punjab e Procurement System by 11:00 a.m. on October 05, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted. Bids will be opened at 11:30 a.m. on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives at the office of Punjab Education Foundation, 302-H/3, Johar Town, Lahore. The bid validity period is 120 days from the last submission date. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules. NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates are mandatory.
