Frame Work Contract for PBM Funded Purchase of National Medicines, Multi-National Medicines, Surgical and Orthopedic Items

The Medical Superintendent of Holy Family Hospital Rawalpindi invites E-bids from well reputed medicines firms and pharmacies holding a valid Pharmacy Retail Drug Sale License. These firms must be registered on the E-Procurement system and also registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Professional Tax authorities, and must be on the Active Taxpayers List for the day-to-day purchase of PBM funded National and Multi-National medicines, surgical, and orthopedic items for the financial year 2026-27 through E-Tendering. Items being procured: - National Medicines - Multi-National Medicines - Surgical Items - Orthopedic Items Tender forms are available on the PPRA website and the E-Procurement portal on the e-Punjab Acquisitions and Disposal System. The bidding will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as specified by the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority 2014 (amended January 2016). All eligible bidders as defined in the bidding documents are invited to participate. Bidding documents can be downloaded from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and the E-PADS portal (https://eprocure.punjab.gov.pk) until the closing date for submission of bids. The URL of the PPRA website is https://eprocure.punjab.gov.pk ViewTender.aspx, and response time shall be calculated exclusively from the date of publication of the advertisement on the PPRA website. Bidding documents must be accompanied by a 1% bid security in the name of Medical Superintendent Holy Family Hospital Rawalpindi, valid for 120 days, in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan. Bidders are requested to provide their best and final discounted prices in favor of needy patients. Taxes will be deducted as per applicable government rules.
