Procurement of High-End Servers for HAZECO MIS

The Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of high-end servers for the HAZECO Management Information System (MIS) under contract reference P77548. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique. Items being procured: - High-end computer servers (2 units) with specifications including 2U rack mount form factor, 2x Intel Xeon Gold 6542Y processors, 1 TB DDR5 RAM, 4 x 3.2 TB NVMe SSDs, RAID controller with 8 GB cache, enterprise remote management, multiple PCIe slots, dual port FC/HBA card, redundant hot-swappable power supplies, and 3 years comprehensive OEM warranty. - Complete installation of servers at PITC Data Center Lahore. The technical scope requires internationally recognized brands such as HP, IBM, Dell, Fujitsu, or H3C or equivalent. The servers must support mainstream operating systems and have local OEM support with registered offices in Pakistan. Bidders must provide OEM authorization and warranty support for 3 years. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN, SECP registration, FBR registration, and relevant experience with server projects. Bidders must submit bid security in the form of Call at Deposit or Bank Guarantee and comply with all bidding document requirements. The bid validity period is 60 days. Key dates: The bid submission deadline is Thursday, August 20, 2026, at 10:30 AM via EPADS v2.0. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions are not accepted. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents available on EPADS and ensure timely submission of all required documents including bid security physically at HAZECO HQ, Abbottabad before the deadline. Registration on EPADS v2.0 is mandatory for participation.
