Procurement of High-Performance Linux Computing Workstations/Equipment under Research Project

Khyber Medical University (KMU), Peshawar, invites electronic bids from eligible firms, companies, authorized IT dealers and sole distributors for the procurement of High-Performance Linux Computing Workstations/Equipment under a Research Project through the Single Stage–Two Envelope Procedure in accordance with the applicable KPPRA Act, Rules and Regulations. Items being procured: - High-Performance Linux Computing Workstations/Equipment under Research Project Interested bidders must be duly registered with the relevant tax authorities including FBR, KPRA, and Excise & Taxation Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, where applicable, and must be active taxpayers on the relevant Active Taxpayers Lists (ATL) at the time of bid submission. All bids must be submitted electronically through E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) on or before 11:00 AM on 21/10/2026 using the single stage two envelope process. Manual submission of bids will not be accepted under any circumstances. The bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on 21/10/2026 in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives who wish to attend the opening meeting at the below mentioned address. A Pre-bid meeting will be held on 06/10/2026 (1100 hours) in the Director ORIC office. Bid Security of 2% in the shape of CDR in favor of the Director ORIC KMU must be uploaded on E-PADS and submitted in original (hard copy along with letter head of the company) to the office of the Director ORIC, Hayatabad, Peshawar, before the E-bid submission deadline. Failure to submit the original bid security within the deadline will result in the rejection of bid(s). Only registered bidders on E-PADS are eligible to participate in the bidding process. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your firm is registered and active on the ATL and KPRA lists before bid submission to avoid disqualification. Also, strictly follow the electronic submission process as manual bids are not accepted.
