Procurement of Hybrid Sunflower Seeds for 15,000 Acres

Sealed bids are invited by the Directorate General of Agriculture Extension Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar, for the procurement of Hybrid Sunflower Seeds for the year 2026-27 under ADP / AIP / Non-ADP schemes as per KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014. This procurement is conducted under a framework agreement with interested firms registered with FBR and other relevant government authorities. Items being procured: - Hybrid Sunflower Seeds for 15,000 Acres The procurement covers supply and delivery of high-quality hybrid sunflower seeds to farmers' sites throughout Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including merged districts, as identified by the concerned District Director Agriculture Extension. The quoted rates must include transportation charges and installation at the delivery sites. All applicable taxes will be deducted at source. Eligible bidders must be registered with FSC&RD, FBR, KPRA, and other relevant provincial and federal government registration authorities. Bids must be submitted through the E-PAK acquisition and disposal system (EPADS) using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. A non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,000 is required to obtain the standard bidding documents from the office of the undersigned during office hours. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-10-06 at 11:30 AM at the Directorate General Agriculture Extension office. Bids must be submitted on or before 2026-10-12 at 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. Earnest money in the form of CDR at 2% of the total tender value must be uploaded with the financial bids and the original CDR submitted in a sealed envelope at the address given.
