Bidders must submit their offers on the prescribed Proforma along with a valid bank statement, proof of supply source, and earnest money in the form of CDR. Only firms registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List are eligible. Experience of similar contracts in the last five years must be documented as per the attached table. Sealed bids must be submitted to the office of the Assistant Director Remount Veterinary and Farms Corps, Rawalpindi, by 01 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders. Late or incomplete bids will not be entertained.
