Procurement and Implementation of Server Security Including Email and Web Security - Hybrid Proxy Solution

Pakistan Revenue Automation Pvt Limited (PRAL) invites bids for the procurement and implementation of an integrated Server Security solution including Email and Web Security through a Hybrid Proxy Solution in Islamabad. This procurement covers comprehensive services including delivery, installation, configuration, integration, and operational acceptance of the solution at FBR Data Center Islamabad. The solution must include server security licenses for 600 endpoints, email security licenses for 1,050 users, and web security hybrid proxy licenses for 500 users, with professional services and resident engineer support for three years. Items being procured: - Server Security solution with exploit prevention, IPS, firewall, application control, device control, anti-malware, integrity monitoring, and log inspection features - Email Security Gateway with sandboxing, spam filtering, DKIM, DMARC, malware scanning, fraud detection, and reporting capabilities - Web Security Hybrid Proxy with zero trust access control, cloud proxy for roaming users, DLP, bandwidth control, HTTPS inspection, and risk-based access management The scope includes delivery of all hardware, software, licenses, accessories, and subscriptions necessary for smooth operation. Installation and configuration will be completed at FBR DC Islamabad, followed by integration and operational acceptance testing. Formal hands-on training and documentation will be provided to relevant personnel at no extra cost. Bidders must have at least five years of business presence in Pakistan, be registered taxpayers, and demonstrate experience with similar solutions including at least three implementations in Pakistan, one of which must be for a large organization.
