Items being procured: - Iron Drum (200 units) - Hand Spray Pump (200 units) - Digital Temperature & Humidity Meter (200 units) - Formaldehyde (200 units) - Carbendazim (200 units) - Wheat Straw (12000 Kg) - Oyster Mushroom Spawn (600 Kg) - Waterproof Tarpaulin Sheet (200 units) - Polythene Bags (400 Kg) - Rubber Bands (200 packs) - Oyster Mushroom Grow Kit (1000 units) - Mushroom Packing Trays (20000 units) - Packing Stickers (20000 units) - Honeybee Colonies with bees (150 units for Muree) - Basic Beekeeping Tool Kit (50 sets for Muree) - Honey Uncapping Tray (4 units for Muree) - Honey Extractor (4 units for Muree) - Steel Bucket with Strainer (4 units for Muree) - Sugar (1250 Kg for Muree) - Plastic Cane (50 units for Muree) - Glass Jars (40 packs for Muree) The technical specifications include heavy-duty galvanized iron drums, manual pressure sprayers, digital temperature and humidity meters, industrial grade formaldehyde, fungicides, clean wheat straw, certified oyster mushroom spawn, UV stabilized tarpaulins, food-grade polythene bags, and other specialized equipment for mushroom farming and beekeeping. Delivery is required to multiple specified locations with partial deliveries allowed as per operational needs. Eligible bidders must be active taxpayers with NTN and GST registration, legally registered for at least five years, and have completed at least three agriculture-related projects of minimum Rs. 3 million each. A bank statement showing a balance of Rs. 0.5 million for October 2026 is required. Bidders must not be blacklisted or bankrupt and must have a registered office in Islamabad or Rawalpindi. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by Monday, November 2, 2026, at 11:00 AM PKT, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day.
