Supply & Installation of Specialized Museum Showcases at Peshawar Museum

The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites bids for the Supply & Installation of Specialized Museum Showcases at Peshawar Museum under the Khyber Pass Economic Corridor (KPEC) project. This procurement is funded by the International Development Association (IDA) of the World Bank Group and follows the Request for Bid (RFB) method as per World Bank Procurement Regulations. The project aims to enhance the display facilities at Peshawar Museum with specialized showcases designed for preservation and exhibition. Items being procured: - Specialized Museum Showcases for Peshawar Museum The scope includes supply, installation, and commissioning of museum showcases meeting international standards for artifact preservation. The work will be carried out at the Peshawar Museum site, requiring bidders to have relevant experience in museum display solutions and compliance with technical specifications outlined in the bidding documents. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). A bid security in the form of an irrevocable unconditional Bank Guarantee or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of PKR 25 million is required. Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the Senior Archaeological Engineer, Directorate General of Archaeology and Museum (DGoAM), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar Museum, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 5,000. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for November 3, 2026, at 11:00 hours at the address given. Bids must be delivered by or before 1400 hours on November 25, 2026. Electronic bids will not be accepted. Late bids will be rejected. Bidders are requested to quote their best and final prices inclusive of all admissible taxes. No negotiations will be allowed at a later stage. Interested bidders should inspect bidding documents during office hours 0900 to 1700 and submit their bids accordingly. The bid opening will take place on November 25, 2026, at 1430 hours.
